Due to the rich history, the park and the impressive African Museum, Tervuren is well known.

Tervuren can be found halfway the university city of Leuven and the centre of Brussels; 15 minutes either way.

Both the villages of Sterrebeek and Wezembeek-Oppem are located to the northeast of Tervuren at a similar distance to Brussels, but five minutes closer to the international airport Zaventem and close to the E40.
The farm 'Hof Kleinenberg' is situated just one kilometer from Woluwe Shopping Centre. This 5th location of ‘International Montessori’ will be housed in a historic rectangular farm situated opposite the European School in Woluwe.
