Information Evening: Living language
Information Evening: ‘Living language – Cracking the code’
Wednesday February 8
At the Rotselaerlaan 1 and 3 Children’s House and Primary
Time: 19:30
Come join the Children's House and Primary teachers of Rotselaerlaan as they share materials, lessons, and stories, demonstrating the very interactive and experiential curriculum of the Montessori language program.
Why is my three-year old learning cursive before print? Why does my four-year old repeat the sound "teh-teh" when he sees a cross? How does my six-year old already compose 20 page studies on the formation of volcanoes? How does my nine-year old organize himself, and two others, on the investigation, research, and reporting of the lifestyles of early humans?
We will answer these questions and demonstrate how we “Crack the Code” of these living languages of French and English with the students each day.
