There are not enough, or just a whole lot of adjectives, to describe this pleasant evening program made and created by the teachers and students of the Middle School.
All 21 students found their place in one, two or even more aspects of this highly entertaining four hour lasting program.
A multitude of presentations, sketches, songs and music were interwoven with intervals during which the parents, friends, brothers and sisters could enjoy food prepared according to medieval recipes.
Whilst eating and mingling with the performers, we were given the opportunity to admire an extensive and well presented display of different aspects of this era.
It was obvious a lot of research had gone into the preparation of play-scripts, poetry and projects dealing with various fundamental human needs during the middle ages.
The spectators found their place in the little theatre several times, to yet enjoy another play or presentation suported by Power Point. The performers used both english and french in such a way that it became true communication and interaction.
The always present confidence showed the true ownership of the children of all components of this evening.
Under the guidance of the troubadours we went from scene to scene, even passing a medieval rap song. What is new under the sun?
