Magical Math

Info Session 2:

Magical Math

And magical it was. The four wizards of the Wezembeek-Oppem location couldn’t be stopped. After the first two hours of showing, explaining, connecting and discovering, it became obvious they were aiming to finish off this math session not before the clock would strike twelve.

More than forty parents made the effort to come and share the enjoyment of Brigitte, Caron, Karina and Lidia. It quickly became clear they were not only speaking about the math materials and their immense intrinsic value, but foremost about the value of the lifelong experiences that are so pure and natural at this time in the children’s lives

Simply, it is our duty as adults to expose the children to these experiences whenever and wherever possible. In doing so the young children end up in a win-win situation, and keep this sense of wonder and discovery with them for the best part of their life.

This session was a good preparation for the next math workshop, which will focus on the Primary and Middle School programs.  This session will take place on 18th February at the Tervuren location.
